What payment method does ED accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Cash on Delivery (COD) payments. (Please note: COD is applicable to UAE customers only).

 

Is it safe to order online with ED?

Eloquent District uses Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as Guest.

 

Do you ship outside of the UAE?

Yes, we ship worldwide with some restrictions. For more information about shipping please click here 

 

Does ED ship to PO Boxes?

No, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

 

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

Eloquent District is based out of United Arab Emirates so no extra taxes or VATs are charged (please note that shipping charges do apply). However, the country where we are importing to might charge import duties, customs and local taxes. You will be responsible and held liable to pay such fees. It is best to get in touch with you local customs office to find details on importing foreign goods and products. 

 

What packaging will my order be shipped in?

All orders will be delivered to you in our beautiful signature carrier bags, boxes or tissue paper. If you prefer you can also opt at checkout to have your order beautifully gift wrapped with a personalized message. 

 

Can I change my address after the order has been shipped out?

We are not able to change the address once the order is shipped. Therefore, we request you to ensure the address provided is correct and able to receive deliveries.

 

Can I add items to an existing order?

If the package is not yet shipped, we request you to get in touch with us to check the possibility of adding items to your existing order.

 

How will I know if my order has been received and processed?

A confirmation email will be sent out once the order has been placed.

Can I pre-order an item?

 From time to time, you will have an option to pre-order an item. This is ensure that you are the first to receive and don’t miss out on an item from a new collection.

Placing a pre order is just the same as placing a normal online order, although you will not receive your item until the new collection has arrived.

Payment for your pre order item is instant. You will be charged via your nominated payment method as soon as the order is placed.

All pre orders placed are final. We cannot refund any change of mind orders from our online store.
